Beschreibung
A wearable message. A sacred thread. A celebration of culture and consciousness.
This hoodie is made from 100% cotton and adorned with original Shipibo-Conibo embroidery – sacred geometric patterns called Kené, handcrafted by Indigenous women from the Peruvian Amazon.
The Shipibo-Conibo people live along the Ucayali River in over 150 small rainforest communities. Their art is deeply rooted in the spiritual world – every line and curve is a vibration, an energy, a prayer.
🔷 What is Kené?
Kené are intricate geometric patterns inspired by the energies of nature – rivers, plants, stars, songs, and healing visions.
Traditionally handcrafted using ancestral techniques and natural materials, Kené serves both aesthetic and therapeutic purposes.
For the Shipibo, Kené is more than decoration.
It is a living medicine – used to treat physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
In 2008, Kené was officially declared Cultural Heritage of the Nation of Peru.
🧵 One of a Kind
Each hoodie is a unique work of wearable art – hand-embroidered with love, patience, and deep ancestral wisdom.
Wearing it is not just a statement of style.
It is an act of remembrance, an offering of awareness, and a voice for Indigenous culture.
