Realization of Origin is not only about understanding relationships, but about exploring what happens when this understanding is put into practice.
This space brings together projects, collaborations, and initiatives that contribute to ecological regeneration, cultural continuity, meaningful livelihoods, education, community, and the preservation and development of knowledge and skills.
Some of these projects are developed directly through Realization of Origin. Others are collaborations with people and communities whose work already exists and deserves support, visibility, or new connections. They differ in scale and approach, but share a common question:
How can what we create support and enrich life rather than gradually deplete its foundations?
The collection will continue to grow as new relationships, projects, and collaborations develop.
Shipibo-Konibo Art & Craftsmanship
In the Peruvian Amazon, Realization of Origin collaborates with Shipibo-Konibo women who bring their own artistic knowledge and embroidery into contemporary clothing.
The collaboration creates paid work while allowing traditional artistic practices to continue within new contexts. Rather than reproducing ceremonial clothing or simply extracting Indigenous designs, the aim is to create pieces through direct collaboration with the artists, leaving space for their own compositions, ideas, and visual language.
Current work includes embroidered clothing combining natural materials with Shipibo-Konibo art, while future collaborations may expand into other forms of textile work and craftsmanship.

Natural Fibres & Craftsmanship in Peru
Peru has an extraordinary textile heritage and a long history of working with natural fibres.
One of the practical projects emerging through Realization of Origin is the development of clothing made from materials such as Alpaca wool, while exploring how production can remain connected to craftsmanship, quality, traceability, and smaller-scale economic relationships.
What began with the simple search for clothing I wanted to wear myself has gradually developed into a wider exploration of materials, producers, craftspeople, design, and the relationships hidden behind a finished garment.

Reforestation & Ecological Regeneration
Ecological regeneration is another central area of the project.
This section will document and connect initiatives working with reforestation, ecosystem restoration, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, soil, water, and the long-term recovery of landscapes.
The intention is not simply to collect environmental projects, but to understand how they work: What is being restored? Who is involved? Which ecological and social conditions determine whether a project succeeds? What can be learned from it, and what can be transferred – or cannot be transferred – to another place?
Over time, selected initiatives can be presented here in greater depth and connected with opportunities to learn, participate, collaborate, or support their work.

Traditional Knowledge & Cultural Continuity
Across the world, knowledge developed over generations is disappearing as languages, crafts, ecological practices, and ways of living change.
Realization of Origin is interested in projects that keep such knowledge alive – not by freezing traditions in the past, but by allowing them to remain meaningful, practiced, transmitted, and able to evolve.
This can include craftsmanship, textile traditions, plant knowledge, agriculture, building techniques, storytelling, cultural practices, and other forms of knowledge rooted in particular communities and landscapes.
The aim is to approach these collaborations with respect for origin, context, authorship, and the people who carry the knowledge.
Education & Knowledge Sharing
Regeneration also depends on how knowledge moves between people and generations.
Future initiatives in this area will explore forms of education that connect learning more closely with everyday life, practical skills, nature, community, creativity, and responsibility.
Rather than treating education only as something that happens within schools or institutions, the focus is on environments in which people can learn through participation, observation, exchange, practice, and relationships.
Projects in Development
Realization of Origin is still at the beginning of this work. Some initiatives already exist, while others are being researched, developed, or waiting for the right people and resources to bring them into reality.
This page will therefore continue to change. New collaborations will be added, existing projects will develop, and some ideas may change direction entirely as experience reveals what actually works.
The aim is not to present a finished collection of solutions, but to document a growing network of real attempts to create differently.
