Every object has an origin.
The things we wear and use connect us to materials, landscapes, people, skills, cultures, and traditions that often remain invisible in the finished product.
The RoO Shop explores these connections through natural materials, craftsmanship, small-scale production, cultural respect, and meaningful collaboration. From Alpaca wool from Peru to pieces created together with Shipibo-Konibo artists from the Amazon, the aim is to make more of the people, knowledge, and processes behind each piece visible.
This is not about perfect products or simply consuming differently. It is about developing a more conscious relationship with the things we choose to bring into our lives: knowing where they come from, understanding what they connect us to, valuing the work behind them, and choosing what we want to support.
