The Shipibo-Conibo people live along the Ucayali River in the Peruvian Amazon.
Their art, called Kené, consists of sacred geometric patterns inspired by the energies of nature. Traditionally created by local women using natural dyes and ancestral techniques, each pattern serves both aesthetic and medicinal purposes – to heal physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.

Since 2008, Kené has been recognized as Cultural Heritage of Peru.
